The Allegro MicroSystems ACS37035 AEC-Q100 1MHz Hall-Effect Current Sensor is an isolated current sensor designed for high-frequency current measurement in power conversion and automotive applications. It integrates Hall-effect sensing elements, differential magnetic field detection, and signal processing within a compact SOIC-16 wide-body package. The sensor provides a 1MHz bandwidth and sub-microsecond response time, supporting fast control loops in switch-mode power systems. Differential sensing using dual Hall plates suppresses common-mode magnetic field interference, improving measurement stability in electrically noisy environments. 

The conductive primary path features a typical resistance below 1mΩ, minimizing conduction losses during operation. The ACS37035 is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. Isolation ratings include 4242VRMS withstand voltage, 1000VRMS basic isolation, and 500VRMS reinforced isolation. Differential Hall-Effect Sensing
