The UltiMaker Metal Expansion kit provides an end-to-end 3D printing workflow to the user so it’s an all-in-one solution for various metal printing needs. The designers can access the software optimizations, e-learning modules, and post-processing services. Moreover, as designers upgrade their S5 printers for metal printing, there is no need to modify the existing hardware. With just a swap of the print cores, the designers can upgrade to a new NFC metal filament allowing them to instantly start 3D printing of metallic objects. 

Thanks to 3D printing capabilities, the UltiMaker metal expansion kit can reduce metallic part production cost by up to 90%. It’s cheaper than the additive and CNC-based methods. On top of that, it’s quieter and safer too.

• Packaging for green parts and voucher for post-processing

• 50 ml Magigoo Pro Metal adhesive

• Free UltiMaker Cura software with optimized metal part slicing features

• Access to exclusive metal FDM e-learning content on UltiMaker Academy

The UltiMaker Metal Expansion kit also allows the designers to create green parts and get them certified. For this purpose, the designers must create the part with the BASF Forward AM Ultrafuse material and send it for post processing and certification. The parts can be tracked online and usually return with certification within 10 working days.
