2024 Wevolver Community Survey

• The Promoter of this prize draw is Wevolver B.V., Overhoeksplein 1, 1031 KS, Amsterdam.
• This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who complete the demographic survey until May 19. It is not open to employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.
• To enter, you must complete the survey. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same person will not result in additional entries.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be entered for any technical reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• Entries must be received by May 19. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be performed by a computer process.
• The winners will receive a prize provided by our sponsors. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.
• The winners will be notified by email on the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 60 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
• The prize will be delivered by post or email by the date identified, using secured mail or digital delivery.
• The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary, or to withdraw the prizes due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control.
• If you are selected as a winner of the prize draw, we will contact you to collect your address details to facilitate the delivery of your prize. These details will be shared only with the respective sponsor responsible for shipping your prize. Please note that to be eligible to receive the prize, you must reside within the shipping regions specified by the sponsor (Nordic Semiconductor | Particle).
• The results of this survey may be shared publicly. All shared data will be fully anonymized to ensure no personal information is disclosed.

• The promoter will handle personal data in accordance with GDPR. Entry into the draw implies consent to this data handling and to receiving communication about your entry. This promotion complies with local laws and is not open to individuals from jurisdictions where participation in such draws is prohibited.
• Personal data collected from participants will be retained by the promoter only as long as necessary for the administration of the contest and will be securely deleted thereafter, unless participants explicitly opt-in to receive our newsletter. In such cases, data will be retained in accordance with our privacy policy for ongoing communications.
