What we do

At maxon, we develop and build high-precision electric drive systems that are among the best in the world. We combine brushless and brushless DC motors, gearheads, sensors and controllers to create complete mechatronic drive systems. Our drives are ideally suited where extreme precision and the highest quality standards are required, and where no compromise can be tolerated - on Earth and Mars. As a specialist in motion intelligence, maxon France is the French subsidiary of the Swiss maxon group for the French market. Based in Lyon area, maxon France has been an Innovation and Production Center dedicated to mechatronic systems since 2014.
