I am a third-year student at the study Sustainable Innovation at the Technical University of Eindhoven. This year I decided to take a year off to join student team SOLID. With SOLID we are working on a new method of energy storage and hydrogen storage, namely Iron!

By making use of steam and iron pellets, hydrogen can be created with the only byproduct being rust and heat. By regenerating the rust with hydrogen, a completely circular, compact, safe and energy efficient hydrogen storage method is created.
