About

Jens Wucherpfennig has been enthusiastic about aerospace since childhood. Even before his studies of politics and history, he began to work as a journalist and was editor for several years. Since 2008, he has been working in the DLR communications department in Göttingen in his dream job: Here he can combine the enthusiasm for technology with his expertise as a writer and the knowledge of the importance of history. Wucherpfennig is always involved in special topics such as the humpback whale as a model for helicopters, the replica of the Lilienthal glider or the wind machines that influence all our lives: the wind tunnels.
