The board is designed to provide real-time high-precision control, featuring a single-chip motor control system that works on an Arm ® Cortex ® R-52. The hardware architecture is quite similar to that of the RZ/T2M.&nbsp;Moreover, the processor allows for scalability. It has a compatible platform for Renesas software, allowing the user to scale the product development phase quickly.&nbsp;The microprocessor features an Integrated Arm Cortex R-52 processor at 800 MHz. The processor is coupled with a 576 KB memory connected to the CPU at the low latency port. It’s primarily built for AC drives and servo applications that require high precision and real-time monitoring. Therefore, it uses the SPI interface. More interfaces include the EtherCAT Slave Controller, USB 2.0, and External Bus.Moreover, additional embedded circuits and indicators support the microprocessor operations that reduce the need for external hardware. For instance, there are embedded switches, LED lights, and potentiometers to simulate various applications instantly.
