Martin Vares holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. He is the CEO and co-founder of Fractory and Estonia Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2021. He is one of The Manufacturer magazine’s Top 100 Change Makers, recognised in four categories: digital transformer, innovator, inspiring leader and young pioneer. He is listed in Forbes 30 under 30. And Fractory, in 2023, according to The FT and Statista, is the 32nd fastest-growing company in Europe.
