From the UK to New Zealand, Jon's earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Smart Materials. Over 30 years, he's worked in diverse areas: robotics, audio tech, marine instruments, machine tools, advanved sensors and medical devices. Beyond engineering, Jon worked in oil and gas exploration and even became a high school teacher. He's always been involved in tech business growth. Today, he leads a family investment office in New Zealand and writes on engineering topics. Amid all this, he's a proud dad to a one-year-old.
