From USB-PD to industrial I/O and telecom interfaces, today’s systems are more exposed than ever to damaging surge events. Yet, TVS diodes and traditional protection methods haven’t kept pace with the speed, density, and complexity of modern electronics. In our latest webinar, host Samir Jaber sits down with Anindita Bhattacharya to explore how surge protection is evolving to support smarter, more resilient system-level strategies.

In this webinar, we’ll explore:

  • Why traditional TVS protection often fails in modern high-speed, high-power designs

  • What engineers need to consider when designing for real-world transients in industrial and telecom environments

  • How FET-based architectures like SurgeSwitch™ offer new options for stable, scalable protection

  • The future of circuit protection in an increasingly connected and electrified world

  • Attendees have the opportunity to ask experts direct questions.

Join us for a candid, technical discussion that cuts through the noise and gets to the heart of protecting what matters most with exclusive insight from Semtech.
