Subscription Terms

These terms (the “Subscription Program Terms”) govern Wevolver’s Subscription program (“Subscription Program”). Through Wevolver’s Subscription Program, you can publish content on Wevolver’s platform.

By participating in the Subscription Program, you agree to these Subscription Program Terms, as well as Wevolver’s general Terms of Service and Guidelines for Publishers (all of these together are the “Wevolver Terms”).

Content must adhere to our guidelines and fit within the scope of Wevolver. To keep quality of the platform high and in mutual benefit of our community and customers we reserve the right to remove any content with or without notice.

Content will be visible throughout the Wevolver platform including but not limited to; the homepage, category pages, tag pages, user and company profiles, search results, content recommendations, and notification messages and emails. Wevolver determines in what order and on what basis content is being shown.

Wevolver may also display your content or its derivatives on its social media channels and newsletters with the purpose of providing you extra reach among our community.

You own the rights to your content: You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Wevolver Platform. Please review the ‘rights and ownership’ section of the general Terms of Service for additional details.

Your subscription will automatically renew with your chosen subscription cycle (for example monthly or yearly). Billing will take place in accordance with your chosen billing cycle.

Wevolver reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Subscription Program. Wevolver will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination. Wevolver may change these Subscription Program Terms in the future. If you do no accept updated Subscription Program Terms then Wevolver reserves its right to suspend or cancel your participation in the Program.

By using the Subscription Program, you consent to receiving communications from us related to the program to your registered email address or via other methods.

The governing law of Wevolver’s Terms & Services also apply to these Subscription Program Terms and any dispute arising under them.

You participate in the Subscription Program at your own risk. You agree that you are solely responsible for your actions in connection with the Subscription Program, any breach of your obligations under the Subscription Program Terms, and for the consequences of any such breach.

Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these Subscription Program Terms have the meanings given to them in Wevolver’s Terms & Services. Except as modified by these Subscription Program Terms, Wevolver’s Terms & Services remain in effect.
