The robot is light-weight and able to carry 4 times its weight and tow 9 times its weight. It requires one cable to be connected combining air intake, robot control and video. The robot includes a high quality camera with video recorder and TFT monitor.
Video recording eqipment comes pre-integrated in the robot. The single joystick robot control of the robot allows users to operate this robot.
The robot is highly manoeuvrable, and can climb obstacles of 1” and slopes of 45°. It connects to both an air compressor and the robot control case by a single rugged cable.
The robot is precision-machined and constructed of aluminum and stainless steel. It is able to carry a payload of 20 Kg and to tow a wheeled payload of 30 Kg. The ARI-50 can operate in severe industrial environments and can resist water, oil, and dust. The robot is able to inspect, spray, coat and brush duct interiors in round, square, and rectangular ducts.
Lighting systems are equipped with variable luminosity control. Excessive brightness and undesirable reflections on interior duct surfaces are eliminated using the white lighting system.
The robot can be customized in different ways to suit different applications or budgets. It can support a variety of accessories and add-ons. The width of the robot is interchangable between 5” and 3.5” as treks can be substituted for small treks allowing the ARI-50 to clean small ducts or pipes.
